CONVENTIONS & CONFERENCES

Updated November 2008

Are you or your teachers looking for news of upcoming conferences? The conferences listed below might meet your needs! Each of the conferences listed is sponsored by a not-for-profit organization and is open to educators and/or administrators from anywhere. Check back often as this listing is updated regularly. Conferences are listed in sequence by date.

Attending a Conference?
A big conference can be the best experience of your professional life -- or a big waste of time! Education World's "Principal Files" team shared their experiences in an article, Before You Fly Off to That Conference… Have You Thought of Everything?. Included: Tips to help you plan for -- and get the most out of -- the next conference you attend.

If your national non-profit organization’s conference should be listed here, send an email to conventions@educationworld.com. We will be happy to include it in our rotation so long as it is open to all educators and/or administrators (not only members).
