REVIEW:
This is a very cool site for kids ages 9-12 to learn how to eat well and get active. What kid wouldn’t enjoy learning to make Blood and Guts Soup, Monkey Brain Stew, or Dirt Bowl Dessert? These are just a few of the recipes that are available in the Recipe Roundup. Children are encouraged to be active with “Wet Head” games, which can be played alone or with friends, outside or inside. There is a special section for parents that offers resources for helping children develop healthy habits. Those resources include expert advice and articles on fitness, food, health, and happiness.
